The method of payment currently accepted is Credit Card payments with Visa and Master Card or cash on delivery.

You can also choose to pay with instalments with PostPay (see section below for more details).

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

Shipments may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid before delivery or at the customs point. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

PRELOVED ITEMS

In store : Purchases on preloved selection can not be exchanged nor refunded.

Online : Exclusively for purchases made through our e-shop, we offer a 48h return policy from delivery date : if the item ordered doesn’t satisfy you, you will get a credit note of the corresponding amount.

Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will edit a credit note with the corresponding amount.
Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.

For items from our new collection, we accept exchanges up to 7 days after the date of purchase, provided that the items still has its tag and looks in perfect condition.

We offer a unique selection of pre-loved designer clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories, carefully sourced from the best wardrobes of Dubai.

We continuously offers 500+ preloved items renewed each week, of premium brands carefully selected : IRO, Isabel Marant, Bash, Maje, Sandro, Zadig & Voltaire, Sezane, Anine Bing, Golden Goose… but also prestigious Maisons such as Hermès, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Chloé, Valentino…

You’ll also find a selection of new French brands selected with care by Alex in Parisian showrooms – mostly brands that are ethical and eco-responsible.

And jewellery, preloved and new from designer we love (GAS Bijoux, Dorothee Sausset, Mumday Mornings…)

Store Location

We have a long experience in pricing second-hand clothes and accessories.

Prices are fixed according to the brand, the condition and the model/collection of the item. The final prices are generally under 50% of the retail price.

PRELOVED ITEMS

Contact us at info@lasuite.ae within 48h after receiving your order so we can help you complete the return process. Return costs will be at the charge of the customer.

Shipping

We deliver in UAE within 1-3 working days. Delivery free for orders above 400aed, otherwise, it is charged 25 aed.

You can also choose the “Pick-up in Store” option and collect your purchase in store. You will be informed by mail when your order is available in store.

Instalment payment with PostPay

Postpay is a payment solution that allows you to split your purchase amount into instalments with absolutely zero interest and no fees!

Select Postpay on checkout and your total purchase will be split into [X] equal instalments. The first instalment is processed immediately and we deliver your order as normal, so you can enjoy now and pay later.

The remaining instalments are collected automatically on your debit/credit card thereafter. Absolutely no interest and zero fees are charged as-long-as all repayments are processed successfully on time.

To use Postpay, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid [Emirates and/or Saudi] ID Card and [UAE/KSA] mobile number

Select Postpay on checkout and they sign you instantlyy as you checkout!

There is absolutely no interest and zero fees when using Postpay.

Postpay does their best to give you the benefit of the doubt and they will process the payment at the latest hour on the agreed date. However, if Postpay cannot process the payment due to insufficient funds then late fees will apply as indicated in their terms (https://postpay.io/terms)

Postpay accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa). Please note that Postpay does not accept any prepaid cards.

Postpay performs a soft credit check to understand the repayment capability of each customer, this in turn has no impact on your credit rating.

If you do find yourself in this situation then please reach out to Postpay support team and one of their dedicated responsible spending advisors will look into the options they have available.

In short, yes of course! As-long-as the total amount on checkout does not exceed the limit.

During the approval process Postpay performs authorizations on the debit/credit card you have entered. Some banks reflect this pre-authorization as a notification but please note that this amount is not captured. If you have any doubts please contact our support team (support@postpay.io)

Your security is of utmost importance – Postpay is a PCI DSS compliant company which means that they undergo strict compliance tests from the the Payment Card Industry (PCI) to ensure that your data is safely stored in our systems. Postpay aims to provide the maximum of eligible customers their service, that being mentioned they do perform real-time credit risk assessments and fraud checks throughout the process. If you are not approved, then there a few things to consider:

– Do you have sufficient funds to pay for the first immediate instalment?

– How many ongoing instalments do you have with Postpay?
