The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of merchandise on our website (“lasuite.ae”) empowered by Home and Soul Interior Furniture L.L.C (“La Suite…”, the “Provider” or “we”), with registered office in Villa 6, Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please, read the following carefully. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use our website. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or use it only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you adhere to this requirement.

1. OUR BUSINESS POLICY

1.1) All merchandises for sale at lasuite.ae are brand new, with the exception of the pre-loved collection items that have been painstakingly selected for their excellent condition.

1.2) Before being published for sale online, each item is subject to scrupulous checks to guarantee it meets our high-quality standards and authenticity.

However, you acknowledge and agree that LA SUITE… authentication process for pre-loved items is in-house and independent. Brands identified on lasuite.ae for pre-loved items are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold and none of the brands sold assumes any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website. Brands sold on the website are not partnered or affiliated with LA SUITE…  in any manner, whether by having LA SUITE…  as an authorized distributor or otherwise.

1.3) Pre-loved collection items are sold on behalf of clients wishing to sell their items through LA SUITE… . Thus, LA SUITE…  does not have ownership of pre-loved items sold on lasuite.ae.

2. ACCOUNT

2.1) If you create an account on lasuite.ae, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account.

2.2) You must immediately notify LA SUITE…  of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. LA SUITE… will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

3. ORDERS

3.1) To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on lasuite.ae, you must fill in the online order procedure following the relevant instructions.

3.2) The order form contains a link to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and also contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered, the relevant unit price and the applicable taxes, the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, and the collecting terms for the purchased products.

3.3) Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.

3.4) By submitting an order, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions

3.5) The submission of orders must be in English.

3.6) An order shall be deemed submitted when LA SUITE…  receives your order form electronically and the order’s information has been verified as correct.

3.7) Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order acknowledgment e-mail. As manual work is required, the team will need a delay of 48h to process and complete the order before sending it for delivery. Should your order not be completed (e.g. the product has been sold in our boutique or during a pop-up sale in the meantime), you will receive a cancellation e-mail or a refund e-mail if you have made your payment online.

3.8) Please note that all and any item price is provided without duties, taxes or fees that you may need to pay to local authorities to receive the merchandise. All purchases are in AED.

3.9) We would like to remind you that all items purchased are intended for use in the country they were ordered from. If, however, you decide to take the items to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the exportation legislation of the order country and the importation legislation of the destination country.

3.10) If an order is submitted while the boutique is closed, it will be processed as soon as it opens again. Thus, the delay of 48 hours previously indicated does not apply.

4. PRODUCTS

4.1) At LA SUITE…  we present for sale luxury and top-quality products:

– The “New” category of products: these « new » products are purchased by LA SUITE…  directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control.

– The ”Preloved” category of products: LA SUITE…  sells second-hand products. Carefully selected by the La Suite team, they match the market standards. In the description of each second-hand product, LA SUITE…  will specify the preservation conditions of the products (new, excellent condition, good condition).

4.2) We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

4.3) Prices are subject to change. Check the final sale price before sending the relevant order form. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.

4.4) All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available anymore.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1) Payments must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. Modes of payment can be deleted, added or modified at any time by LA SUITE… . It is the responsibility of the account holder to constantly recheck for any such changes.

5.2) CREDIT CARDS: lasuite.ae accepts Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED as a way of payment via a secure payment gateway, Paytabs. LA SUITE…  takes extensive measures to ensure all information and Data collected from customers is kept 100% confidential at all times.

5.3) CASH PAYMENTS: LA SUITE…  also offers customers the option of paying cash as an alternative payment method. This can be done by choosing the “cash on delivery” option. This option is only available for a UAE Delivery.

6. DELIVERY

6.1) UAE delivery: once acknowledgment and completion of the order by the team, all products will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days by a well-reputed courier of good standing contracted by LA SUITE… .

7. VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)

7.1) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has committed to implement VAT starting January 1st, 2018. With a standard rate of 5%, VAT will apply to most of the supplies of goods and services supplied from this date.

7.2) All prices shown on lasuite.ae are inclusive of VAT for customers from the UAE.

8. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

8.1) All prices on lasuite.ae are given in ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS (AED) inclusive of the Value-added Tax (VAT) applicable in the UAE and exclusive of delivery costs for customers in the UAE.

9. RETURN POLICY (EXCLUSIVELY FOR ONLINE ORDERS)

9.1) PRELOVED ITEMS

Exclusively for purchases* made through our e-shop, we offer a 48h return policy: if the item ordered doesn’t satisfy you, you will get a credit note of the corresponding amount.

Contact us at info@lasuite.ae within 48h after receiving your order so we can help you complete the return process. Return costs will be at the charge of the customer.

Returns for Preloved items are not allowed when purchased in store.

9.2) NEW ITEMS

For items from our new collection, we accept exchanges up to 7 days after the date of purchase, provided that the items still has its tag and looks in perfect condition.

11. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

11.1) The General Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on lasuite.ae. You are expected to check these terms and conditions regularly to take notice of any changes we have made.

12. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

12.1) All rights in this website, including copyright, are owned by or licensed to LA SUITE… . Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of LA SUITE… . You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

13. JURISDICTION

13.1) This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
