The method of payment currently accepted is Credit Card payments with Visa and Master Card or cash on delivery.

Shipments may be subject to tax duties and customs fees to be paid before delivery or at the custom point. Please note that the courier company will charge all import, sales tax customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

PRELOVED ITEMS

In store : Purchases on preloved selection can not be exchanged nor refunded.

Online : Exclusively for purchases made through our e-shop, we offer a 48h return policy from delivery date : if the item ordered doesn’t satisfy you, you will get a credit note of the corresponding amount.

For items from our new collection, we accept exchanges up to 7 days after the date of purchase, provided that the items still has its tag and looks in perfect condition.

We deliver in UAE within 1-3
working days. Delivery free for orders above 600aed, otherwise, the shipping charge is 25 aed.
