Our highly to selective curation process means that we sell fast with the majority of our items selling within 3 months. We take the stress out of the selling process with quality control, photography, marketing, setting prices and shipping. Our processes are transparent and our Seller portal enables you to follow your item’s journey and stay up to date when your items are sold.
As much as we would love to give a home to all of the pre-loved clothes in the world, we hope you can understand that we have a limited amount of time and space. We must follow a highly selective process and we are only able to choose pieces which fit within the selection guidelines that we are confident will sell to our client base.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Select the items that are no longer serving you & that you’d like to sell.
Check that your item adheres to our pre-loved guidelines (detailed below) and that it is in pristine condition
Submit your items by sending an email to:
Please include photo of the item that you would like to sell and share the brand name and size. Please also confirm that the condition is excellent.
Step 2
We will be in touch to set up an appointment at our concept store in Jumeirah. Selection appoinments are held every Monday . At the appointment, we will check your items and list your items in your seller platform with the suggested selling price. If it you’re first experience as a seller with us, we will sign a contract together. We will inform you of the terms & conditions and the payment terms.
Step 3
We will keep your item for 3 months, and merchandise them in our Jumeirah store and we may also list some of them on our E-commerce site . Once your items sell, payment can be made after 7 days via transfer (10dhs fee), cash which you can collect from the store or store credit! Circular economy!
SELECTION GUIDELINES
All year round, we select collections that are less than 3 years old, pieces in perfect condition and seasonal. We do not make our selections only by brand, we also consider the style of the item itself. Fashion trends are subjective and ever changing. Over time, styles and trends decline in popularity and the ‘it’ piece of time may not be desirable when it comes to re-selling.
