Refund policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All purchases made in-store at La Suite are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for change of mind, except for eligible gifted items as outlined below.

We therefore encourage customers to carefully check and try on items before completing their purchase.

This does not affect your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws in relation to defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

GIFTED ITEMS

As a special exception to our standard in-store return policy, eligible items purchased as gifts may be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.

The purchaser's full name must be provided so that we can locate and verify the original purchase.

Gifted items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all La Suite tags and security tags attached and intact.

Eligible gifted items may be exchanged for another item or for a La Suite credit note. No cash or card refunds will be issued for gifted items.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange, including when purchased as gifts.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We hope you love your online purchase from La Suite…

As we sell unique pre-loved pieces on behalf of individual consignors, we offer a limited return window for eligible online purchases.

Eligible items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

You may choose between a La Suite… credit note for the full value of the returned item or a refund to your original payment method, subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

• The La Suite… return security tag must remain attached and completely intact.

• The item must not have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged.

• The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received.

• All original tags, packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags and accessories supplied with the item must be included.
  
  

Once the La Suite… security tag has been removed, cut or tampered with, the item is considered accepted and cannot be returned for change of mind.
